Agama Technologies launches new support ticketing system, knowledge base and community forums

(Linköping, Sweden, May 7, 2021) – Agama Technologies, the specialist in video service quality and customer experience, today announces the launch of the Agama Community Portal for its existing customers.
Agama Community Portal is a combination of a knowledge base repository for the company’s products and a customer community that will play a key role in discussing, collaborating, and sharing best practices or solutions to possible problems. In these forums, customers can directly talk to each other and get the most of the company’s products, in a much faster and effective way.

The Knowledge Base
Agama’s knowledge base is a repository of all relevant content about its products, including FAQs, video tutorials, best practices, and much more. The goal is to create customer self-support content around common issues and ‘how-to’ topics. It also features a smart ‘Search’ functionality to help find things much faster.
Support Ticketing System
The brand-new ticking system is a powerful and easy-to-use tool for creating, tracking and solving customer tickets. It is well integrated into the portal and customers can very easily check their tickets’ status to find out in real-time whether or not it was solved or still in progress, or maybe if it needs more input from them.
