Service health and root cause analysis
See the entire delivery chain in one view – from ingest and transcode, through packaging and CDNs, to the end-user devices. When an issue occurs, the system not only shows where it originated but also how many viewers are affected and suggested actions.
This makes it easier to prioritize the most critical incidents and provides a shorter time-to-fix, reducing downtime and keeping the best viewing experience.
Android Blueprint
The new Android Blueprint provides a guided approach to integrating the Agama client on modern Android TV platforms. It enables extended metrics such as remote control interactions, in-home network connectivity status, and more.
This accelerates integration projects, reduces risk, and delivers richer device telemetry—giving operators better visibility into performance and user experience.
Enhanced observability for the modern playout
The new capabilities in the analyzer provide a rich and visual real-time presentation of video, audio, metadata, together with smoothly updated graphs of bitrate, jitter and MOS, and more.
The new Stream Info app enables decoding and real-time presentation of subtitles such as TTML, DVBSub and Teletext, while all audio tracks are visualized in real time.
Live audio playback is available directly in the browser without the need for external applications. Key metrics are displayed through high resolution smooth-scrolling graphs, with the added capability of OTT ladder comparison for correlation of the transcode stage. This makes the Analyzer the perfect tool for the modern ABR playout.
Dynamic ad-insert observability
DAI analysis has been significantly strengthened in version 11. In the Analyzer, detailed information about every SCTE35 event can be tracked, visualized and inspected in the new Stream Info application.
With the new Dynamic Ad insertion observability capability in the central Enterprise Server, a holistic, end-to-end view is created of the ad-insert processing within the playout chain. From ingest through transcoding and ABR packaging, every stage is comprehensively covered. It validates and assures all SCTE-35 signaling, extending from transport streams to HLS and DASH manifests.
A2I – Agama Augmented Intelligence
Bring Agama Augmented Intelligence (A2I) directly into the workflow. With natural language chat, anyone can ask questions like “Which channels had the most critical alarms yesterday?” or “Show CDN performance over the last 24 hours.” The system provides answers interactively, and the new Dashboard creator allows custom dashboars to be created based on natural language
The result is faster access to insight, wider adoption across non-experts, and less time lost searching through data.
A2I is compatible with any LLM provider, such as OpenAI, OpenRouter, Anthropic as well as local models running in private datacenters. This ensures full privacy and avoids vendor lock-in.
Integrating with external AI systems using MCP
The evolving Model Context Protocol (MCP) connects external AI to applications through a standardized interface. Instead of navigating complex tools and APIs, you simply ask questions in natural language and the AI communicates with the different systems behind the scenes. This provides conversational access to complex data: follow-ups, summaries, and plain-English explanations.
As a result, powerful tools can become accessible to everyone, not just technical experts.
At Agama, we believe that capabilities to integrate with external AI systems complements our own Augmented Intelligence functionality, in order to create insights and value for our customers and partners.
Enhanced Analytics
Product Analytics now includes funnel analysis and new visualizations to highlight navigation paths, drop-offs, and performance impact—helping teams quickly spot friction and validate improvements. The updated Content Engagement module adds a faster, more powerful engagement matrix for exploring viewing patterns across catalogs and cohorts, enabling smarter content and programming decisions that drive retention.
Streamlined workflows with Microsoft Entra integration
Agama now supports Microsoft Entra as an authentication provider, alongside LDAP and RADIUS. This enables secure authentication and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for Agama users, integrated with a leading enterprise identity platform. By leveraging Entra, organizations can streamline user management, standardize access policies, and ensure compliance with established IT procedures.
