Introducing Agama 12

Move faster from data to answers with AI-assisted investigation, deeper analytics and expanded observability across the full video delivery chain.

“With Agama 12, we are taking another step towards a more proactive platform. Analytics can point teams towards what stands out, AI can support the investigation, and deeper observability across the delivery chain gives teams the context they need to act faster.”

Johan Gorsjo, Director of Product and Engineering

A2I — an integrated team of AI experts

Agama Augmented Intelligence brings AI-assisted capabilities directly into operational and analytical workflows. Users start with a question in natural language, not with a dashboard.

A2I works with live Agama data, runs the investigation, compares relevant information and presents answers together with charts and context. The aim is to help teams answer more questions themselves, while specialists focus on the more complex analysis.

Customer Care with AI support

The care agent gets a complete view of the household’s service, with an AI Customer Care Assistant supporting the case alongside them. It helps identify where the problem is likely to originate, explain it in plain language and recommend the next troubleshooting or escalation step, while keeping the operator’s own care process in control.

Product & Content Engagement - deeper analytics with AI assistance

Teams can use Funnel and Journey analysis to explore how users navigate the service and where they convert or drop off, while the integrated AI Content Analyst supports custom investigation into engagement trends and how quality relates to behavior without manually building every analysis.

Operational Analytics for Devices - analytics that point to the problem

Built for dynamic analysis across the full device population and more than 100 metrics and events, Operational Analytics for Devices (OAFD) helps teams quickly understand what is changing.

The insights panel ranks which segment of the customer base is standing out and sets up the drill-down in one click. Teams can move faster from “something changed” to the device, version, service, geography or other dimension most strongly connected to the issue.

QoS Lens - deeper service and device analysis

QoS Lens helps teams understand what is hurting which devices, and how. The new server-side implementation works across all available data rather than a fixed set of pre-calculated metrics and remains responsive across longer time ranges. It provides a focused way to break complex quality issues into understandable graphs, filters and visualizations.

Heads-Up Dashboards that are interactive by default

A set of flexible widgets replaces the older static approach, with optimized layouts and built-in prediction. Customers can still add their own widgets and convert existing dashboards, while classical dashboard functionality remains available during the transition. Advanced dashboards become easier to configure, adapt and reuse.

CDN performance and status - see the cache, not just CDN

Teams can examine quality and performance down to individual CDN edge caches, measured by Analyzer OTT nodes. Time to first byte, HTTP errors and request rates can be viewed per named server, making it easier to identify the caches that stand out.

This gives Operations a fact-based view of delivery performance and stronger evidence when working with CDN providers.

360 Mosaic – a flexible video wall for NOC

Teams can design layouts with a drag-and-drop editor, save and share wall pre-sets, use kiosk mode for dedicated displays and let alarm-driven workflows automatically bring a channel with an active issue into focus. This makes the video wall a shared operational tool rather than a browser view configured by one person.
