LINKÖPING, Sweden – August 25, 2022 – Agama Technologies, the leading provider of powerful real-time video observability and analytics solutions, today launches version 8.0 of its video observability and analytics suite, which includes new and improved capabilities to streamline and help companies get faster results.
Version 8.0 of Agama Video Observability and Analytics solution adds new and improved applications, integrates closely between apps and streamlines the way containers and cloud video workflows are supported.
This new release is rich in new applications and updates, including a new set of analytics applications enhancing the video observability workflow. This includes a new Error Insights app for visualization and analytics of error codes from apps and devices, a Search and Explore app with fast and sophisticated device search, and a brand-new interactive Device View to correlate and visualize performance and customer experience for the individual devices. 8.0 also has the TV Set analytics app to give insights into the type of TV sets used by the customer base and their performance, a vital insight for STB deployments.
As continuously, the integrations and plugins for video players and devices have been updated and new plugins added, making it easier than ever to integrate real-time customer performance and usage data from customer devices, including new plugins for Connected TVs.
Agama is also launching a new video QC solution – Verifier ABR – tailored for modern workflows with multi-profile assets, ensuring that ingested assets fulfill all quality requirements, lowering the time and effort spent managing the asset flow as well as reducing potential consumer complaints.
