With Agama Analyzers, combined with Customer Care API data export capabilities, Agama’s solution allows T-Mobile to obtain full data-driven quality insights and increased visibility into customer QoE (Quality of Experience) to support improving their IPTV and OTT services.
T-Mobile is one of the largest telecommunications companies in the Netherlands. It offers a leading portfolio of mobile and fixed services, including interactive TV for consumers and businesses. Looking to provide the best end-user experience to its customers, T-Mobile decided to expand its existing Agama solution to support OTT services. Agama’s offering helps T-Mobile to experience a smooth transition to ABR-based services and provides complete and unified technical data quality analytics over its network.

The Agama solution provides real-time insights on service quality.
