The holiday season is upon us. Some of us will be spending time with family and friends and maybe enjoy some traditional holiday food. Here in Sweden a traditional Swedish “julbord” will be served in many homes. At this time of the year we might also take some time to reflect – on achievements, on the good things we have and on dreams for the future.

This holiday season, we are supporting Doctors Without Borders and Linköping Stadsmission.
Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors without borders) is a medical, humanitarian organisation that saves lives and alleviates suffering where it is needed the most. They assist people who have been affected by crises, war or natural disasters, regardless of political affiliation, religion or ethnicity.
Linköping Stadsmission helps in areas such as addiction issues, violence in close relationships, mental helth issues, homelessness and poverty. Their work aims to strengthen individual people, improve their life situation and support self-esteem by conducting and designing social activities based on the individual’s needs.Helping and supporting people in vulnerable situations has been their driving force since the start in 1972. Always with a firm conviction that all people have equal value.
